IPL 2025: Royal Challengers Bengaluru full schedule
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) released the full schedule of the keenly-awaited Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 on Sunday, February 16. Royal Challengers Bengaluru will get the 18th edition of the IPL going with their clash against Kolkata Knight Riders on Saturday, March 22.
IPL 2024 was the fourth time RCB qualified for the knockouts since 2020. They ended up in fourth position in an emphatic manner; winning six of their final group-stage games. However, like on multiple occurrences, they were knocked out of the tournament.
Ahead of the mega auction for IPL 2025, RCB retained three of their players. Virat Kohli, Rajat Patidar, and Yash Dayal were the three players retained for INR 21 crore, INR 11 crore, and INR 5 crore, respectively. Prominent inclusions at the auction included Krunal Pandya, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, and Romario Shepherd, among others.
