Asia Cup 2023: Rahul Dravid spotted watching Sri Lanka versus Bangladesh clash

Bangladesh are in desperate need to win their ongoing fixture against Sri Lanka. After losing the first game in the Super Four stage against Pakistan, Shakib Al Hasan’s men have to win this encounter in Colombo to stay afloat in the competition.

India are yet to play a match in the Super Four stage of the Asia Cup. Meanwhile, head coach Rahul Dravid and other members of India’s coaching staff have made the trip to the R Premadasa Stadium to witness the match between Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.

The ‘Men in Blue’ face Sri Lanka on Tuesday, September 12 in Colombo, while their match against Bangladesh is on Friday, September 15 at the same venue. However, prior to these two encounters, Rohit Sharma and Co. will be focused on winning Sunday’s high-voltage clash against arch-rivals Pakistan. The first encounter between these two sides ended in a No Result as rain played spoilsport in Pallekele

There is a threat of rain playing foul again as the forecast is not great for September 10. Cricket enthusiasts will be keeping their fingers crossed and hoping for the match to take place as India versus Pakistan encounters don’t happen too often nowadays, for obvious reasons.
