The Car love

Amid the pandemic when the Captain Cool was spending time with his family at his farmhouse, the muscular car– Nissan Jonga– was spotted many a time in the background. The vehicle is also used for the Indian Army and everyone knows Dhoni’s love for the armed forces.

Dhoni had raked up many headlines in 2019 by becoming the first owner of Jeep Grand Cherokee in India. He was on a sabbatical, serving in the Indian Army when the Cherokee got dropped off at his home. After returning, Dhoni took the ‘Red Beast’ out for a spin. Dhoni has a soft corner for SUVs and the most exotic one he owns in the Hummer H2. He has been often spotted driving in around his hometown. The muscular beast is powered by a massive 6.2-litre V8 petrol engine that generates a maximum power of 393 Bhp.

MS also has a humble vehicle in his garage — the Mahindra Scorpio. But it isn’t a regular one. The open-roof car is a customized one with hints of chrome and red over its body. To top it off, Dhoni also owns a Mercedes-Benz GLE and an Audi Q7. Both the cars ooze out luxury as well as class. MSD’s garage also boasts a Ferrari 599 GTO, which was gifted to the skipper after steering India to the World Cup triumph in 2011. The powerful car, coupled with an eye-catching frame, is enough to grab eyeballs.

The bike craze

Along with these cars, Dhoni also owns an exotic collection of bikes. He has even flaunted then on his social media handles. In 2013, he had even shared a picture of his first-ever bike — the Yamaha RD350 (pictured above). He also got the bike rebuilt as his love for bikes goes way back.

Dhoni had also shared a picture of his Ninja H2. He was the very first owner of the machine in the entire country. One of the powerful bikes in its segments, the Ninja H2 comes with a 998 cc four-cylinder supercharged engine.

Mahi also owns one of the rarest bikes across the globe — The Hellcat (pictured above). Powered with a massive 2.2-litre V-Twin engine, the bike instantly catches attention with its unique design. Any bike collection would be incomplete without a Harley Davidson. Dhoni owns the iconic Harley Davidson Fatboy, which he has flaunted on several occasions in his hometown.

From the Ninja family, Dhoni also owns Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14R, which was the company’s flagship bike for many years and competed with the much-popular Suzuki Hayabusa. Mahi apparently also has a Yamaha FZ-1, which is quite a powerful bike in its price segment. The Yamaha FZ-1 is powered by a four-cylinder engine that generates a maximum of 148 Bhp.

A freak!

Dhoni’s teammate Ravindra Jadeja had once revealed that the CSK skipper has 43-44 bikes in his collection but he hasn’t even driven half of them. Apart from the above-mentioned bikes, Dhoni’s garage is equipped with a bunch of more bikes like Royal Enfield Machismo, Suzuki Shogun, Yamaha RD350, Yamaha YZF 600R, BSA Goldstar, Harley-Davidson Iron 883 and a couple of Norton bikes too.
