5. Kusal Perera

Sri Lankan skipper Kusal Perera contributed to his side with the willow in 2 out of the 3 matches in the T20I series. While Perera scored 30 off 26 deliveries in the first rubber, he scored a 25-ball 21 in the second match. Even though Perera did not exactly set the stage on fire, he still got off to starts and contributed decently for his team in the series against England.

4. Dawid Malan

Even though he did not get going in the first 2 T20Is, Dawid Malan proved how dangerous he can be by decimating the Sri Lankan bowling attack in the third T20I. In the final T20I of the series, Malan scored a whirlwind 76 off just 48 deliveries to help his side thrash the Sri Lankan outfit by 89 runs. Malan is also the leading run-scorer in the series and scored a total of 87 runs in the 3 innings that he played.

3. Dushmantha Chameera

Dushmantha Chameera was easily the best bowler from the Sri Lankan side in the T20I series. Chameera showcased his capability in the third T20I. Even though the other Sri Lankan bowlers were walloped by the England batsmen in the third rubber, Chameera conceded only 17 runs in the 4 overs that he bowled and also picked up 4 wickets. Chameera ended up as the leading wicket-taker in the series, scalping 6 wickets.

2. Sam Curran

Sam Curran delivered with the ball in all the 3 T20Is against Sri Lanka. In the 3 T20Is that he played, the leg spinner picked up 4 wickets, averaged a miserly 12.50 and gave away runs at an economy rate of just 5.55 runs per over.
