Tilak Varma (MI)

Purchased for INR 1.7 crore, the young batter Tilak Varma can be said as one of the finds of IPL 2022. Even though the Mumbai Indians had a poor season, Varma was one of the consistent performers for the Men in Blue and Gold and will want to continue his antics with the bat in the next edition.

Ayush Badoni (LSG)

Young batter Ayush Badoni was bagged by the new entrants Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) during IPL 2022 mega auction. Purchased for INR 20 lakhs, the right-handed batter mesmerized everyone with his stroke-making ability during the start of the season. However, the young batter failed to make vital contributions during the ending stages of the tournament and will want to learn from his mistakes and make a strong comeback in the next edition.

Abhinav Manohar (GT)

Gujarat Titans batter Abhinav Manohar impressed everyone with his shot-making ability in a few matches he got the chance to play. The right-handed batter made his debut against the two-time champions Kolkata Knight Riders and stroked 15 runs in just seven balls.

Mukesh Choudhary (CSK)

In the absence of their senior pacer Deepak Chahar, the newcomer Mukesh Choudhary has impressed everyone with his bowling skills. The left-arm pacer from Maharashtra made his IPL debut for the defending champions Chennai Super Kings (CSK) against Lucknow Super Kings (LSG) and has bowled some decent spells for the Yellow Army.

Umran Malik (SRH)

The express pacer from Jammu and Kashmir had a dream year in the IPL 2022. The express pacer impressed everyone with his excellent bowling skills and also grabbed a five-wicket haul against GT. As a result, he was also named in the Indian squad to take South Africa in a five match T20I series.
