3. Virat Kohli (23726*)

The modern-day great, Virat Kohli comes third in the list after amassing 23,726 runs in all three formats of the game. The right-handed batter has been a regular feature in the Indian team and has also led India in all three formats of the game. At present, Virat Kohli is on a break from international cricket as he is not a part of the Indian team which played against the West Indies, but he is set to return in the upcoming 2022 T20 Asia Cup after being named in the 15-member squad announced by BCCI recently.

2. Rahul Dravid (24064 runs)

Team India’s current head coach Rahul Dravid comes second in this elite list after scoring 24,064 runs during his stay in the international arena. Dravid has represented India in 164 Tests, 344 ODIs, and one T20I and has played several memorable knocks for his country. Dravid made his debut for India in 1996 and played his last international match against Australia in 2012.

1. Sachin Tendulkar (34357 runs)

Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar comes first on this elite list after amassing a total of 34,357 runs in international cricket. The right-handed batter also stroked 100 centuries while representing his country and thrashed several prominent bowling line-ups during his prime days. Considered as ‘God of Cricket’, the veteran batter played his last international game against West Indies at his home ground Wankhede Stadium in 2013 and stroked an excellent fifty in that game. Team India went on to win that very easily in the end.
