There seems to be no point where the fans can ever get enough of Mahendra Singh Dhoni. He doesn’t always need to play cricket to evoke the many emotions of his followers, but a simple viral image of his pretty much does the work for them. And what more can one really ask for if they get to see their beloved Thala in the retro jersey.

There is something about the national jerseys that often fascinates everybody. Of course, it is the national sentiment that garners the audacity of it and the pride with which the players wear it. It is thus not just a cloth but rather a torrent of emotions that not just the sports person but the fans and followers too feel while they watch them. MS Dhoni recently was seen donning the retro jersey of India and the pictures of it took rounds on Twitter.

Dhoni had put on the jersey for a commercial shoot and candidly got clicked with it. Twitter got flooded after the pictures got viral as fans could not keep their calm watching the man in the jersey with the beard look on. Some fans reacted to the picture by expressing their feelings that they won’t need to edit Dhoni’s pictures in this jersey anymore. While many went emotional watching the man in Indian blues.

MS Dhoni was recently seen practising football  

Dhoni’s love for football is known to all. Even before the matches, one has seen him warming up for the game by playing football. Thus, ahead of the IPL he was spotted enjoying football practice with actor Ranveer Singh and cricketer Shreyas Iyer in Mumbai. Whilst the keeper-batter was seen sharing some fun moments with Ranveer Singh which also caught everybody’s eye as the pictures surfed all over.

Dhoni would be seen with some cricketing action as the IPL resumes in the UAE. Chennai Super Kings have so far had a good tournament bouncing back stronger from the last season. The team would be keen to take the momentum further as they would face their arch-rivals Mumbai Indians on September 19. In the first face-off between these two teams, Kieron Pollard had played a stunner of an innings to sail Mumbai Indians to the finish line.
