IPL 2025: Rajasthan Royals full schedule

The Indian board aka Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) released the full schedule of the much-anticipated Indian Premier League (IPL 2025), on Sunday, February 16. Rajasthan Royals will get their campaign underway by going up against Sunrisers Hyderabad on (Sunday) March 23.

The winners of the inaugural edition were also the finalists of the 2022 edition. A splendid start to IPL 2024 enabled RR to qualify for the playoffs. However, they could not make it past Qualifier 2.

RR retained five pure batters and one bowler ahead of the auction for IPL 2025; Sanju Samson, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Riyan Parag, Dhruv Jurel, Shimron Hetmyer, and Sandeep Sharma. Prominent inclusions at the auction included Ishan Kishan and Mohammed Shami, among others. Left-arm seamers like Kwena Maphaka and Fazalhaq Farooqi, amidst other players, were bagged at the auction. 13-year-old budding talent, Vaibhav Suryavanshi, was a notable acquisition by the franchise.
