The 29-year-old Pakistani all-rounder Agha Salman ended the series as the fourth-highest run-scorer. Salman won the Player of the Series award for scoring over 200 runs and also picking up three wickets in as many innings.

2. Abdullah Shafique

Pakistan’s opening batter Abdullah Shafique racked up the third-most runs in the series. The 23-year-old right-handed player scored 228 runs in three innings at an average of 76.00 with one century to his name. Notably, Shafique also recorded his best Test score of 201 in Colombo where he won the Player of the Match award.

The 27-year-old Saud Shakeel finished the series as the highest run-getter. The left-handed Pakistani batter smashed 295 runs in three innings at an average of 147.50 with one century and one half-century. Shakeel hammered his highest Test score of 208* in Galle where he also grabbed the Player of the Match award.
