Virat Kohli sweats it out with high-altitude mask ahead of India-Pakistan clash

The spotlight is always on Virat Kohli given the kind of high profile cricketer he is. Ahead of the ongoing Asia Cup, he opened up about how he was mentally down and around a month’s break away from the sport helped him. He also looked a different batter in the two matches played against Pakistan and Hong Kong in the group stages scoring 35 and 59 runs respectively.

Ahead of the Super Four clash against arch-rivals Pakistan on Sunday (September 4), team India trained hard in Dubai on Friday (September 2). Interestingly, the former captain Virat Kohli was seen wearing a high-altitude mask while running sprints in the stadium. The mask is used during the intensive training and the session happened on the Friday evening with the team.

Kohli takes his training ahead of the game seriously. Even ahead of India’s opening game against Pakistan, he was seen working on his batting and kept himself busy throughout doing something or the other drills. Meanwhile, his altitude mask has gained traction on social media at the moment.

Having said that, irrespective of all this, his fans and the entire India will be hoping for him to go big in the ongoing Asia Cup and regain his form like before.
