Final set of tickets for World Cup knockouts to go live on Thursday

The excitement among cricket enthusiasts is at an all-time high as the ODI World Cup 2023 approaches the business end. Hosts India have been joined by South Africa and Australia in the semi-finals with one more slot up for grabs.

Meanwhile, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) have announced that the final lot of tickets for the knockout matches (two semi-finals and one final) will go live on Thursday, November 9, at 8:00 PM (IST). The first semi-final will be played on Wednesday, November 15, at the Wankhede Stadium, in Mumbai. The second semifinal will take place on Thursday, November 16, at the iconic Eden Gardens, in Kolkata.

The summit clash will be held at the colossal Narendra Modi Stadium, in Ahmedabad, on Sunday, November 19. After the competition of 40 matches in the league phase of the ODI World Cup 2023, only three teams have managed to book their tickets to the semi-finals. The likes of England, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and the Netherlands have already been eliminated.
