Rishabh Pant meets Indian football captain Sunil Chhetri

Star Indian batter Rishabh Pant is well on his road to recovery in an attempt to make his comeback to international cricket. The 25-year-old was involved in a horrid accident back in the latter stages of 2022 and has been out of contention for selection ever since. However, Pant is still not close to making his comeback, and he is expected to miss the upcoming Asia Cup and the ODI World Cup 2023 as well.

As Pant continues his training at the NCA (National Cricket Academy), the 25-year-old was recently captured having a fun chat with the star Indian football captain, Sunil Chhetri. Notably, the duo were paying a visit to Inspire Institute of Sports in Vijaynagar, which belongs to the JSW group, who also owns the Delhi Capitals franchise in the Indian Premier League (IPL). In recent months, Pant’s social media presence has skyrocketed as he has regularly shared updates with his fans about his health and recovery.

Furthermore, the picture with Pant and Chhetri was bound to go viral, and it performed as expected across social media. It is worth noting that it was the official Twitter handle of Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Delhi Capitals who shared the picture on the social media platform. Notably, Chhetri and Pant are both managed by the JSW Group.
