Temba Bavuma and Rassie Van der Dussen slammed hundreds, sharing a mammoth 204-run stand for the fourth wicket in the first ODI in Paarl. Skipper Bavuma, who recorded his first ODI ton since the year 2016, along with Van der Dussen took his team to a competitive total of 296 runs for the loss of just fours wickets in their allotted 50 overs. India subsequently suffered a 31-run defeat.
